Raluca Alexandru

I am an experienced money manager and advisor to wealthy families around the globe, an inquisitive and fun interlocutor for clients and peers alike.

After graduating my MBA from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, I have embarked on a life long passion of investment advisory career.
I was selected one of the few advisors with Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management.
After several years I moved back to Europe and dived into huge wholesale bank model with HSBC Switzerland.
The experience came full circle after my experience with a pure private bank player, Union Bancaire Privee, largest family owned bank in Switzerland.
In 2017 I became an independent adviser and from this vantage point I can say now that I am fully enabled to properly advise my clients on how to manage their wealth.

Cip Alexandru

I am a business consultant with more than 15 years of experience and have operating experience as interim CEO

After my MBA from Ross School of Business I joined the strategy consulting firm The Boston Consulting Group in Chicago.
When I moved to Europe I become manager and partner of a consulting boutique operating in Eastern Europe
Afterwards I led the retail and Consumer goods practice at PWC
At Accenture I joined the client group being responsible for some of the largest Consumer and retail clients
In 2022, I was appointed as interim CEO of one of the largest agrifood family businesses in Romania (a company with over 2000 employees)

Mia Forbes Pirie

I’m a former City of London lawyer who has lived in 6 countries and is fluent in 3 languages

I have a Masters in Science (Imperial College, London) and a Masters in Law (College of Europe, Bruges)
I work with families and family businesses as well as with directors restructuring organisations, individuals in conflict, international organisations, governments, members of parliament and religious communities.
My clients have included the G7, the Government of Mongolia and the Church of England.
Clients at Microsoft have called me “the Einstein of EQ”.

Dorina Serban

I am an entrepreneur, an angel investor and advisor, and most of all, a passionate explorer of visionary ways to unlocking new depths in our human potential. Born in Romania, my professional career brought me to live in Germany and I travelled the world before finding my home in Switzerland.

I hold an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University Atlanta, a Diploma in Venture Finance from the University of Oxford, and I spent over a decade in the corporate healthcare world, leading local and then global commercial operations for B.Braun, one of the largest German family owned business.
Over the past seven years, I spent my time at the intersection between business, personal development and spirituality. I co-founded an investment company, invested in startups and supported entrepreneurs in their journey.

Thomas Müller

Thomas Müller is a partner with Walder Wyss in Zurich and advises banks, asset managers, fund managers, insurance companies and FinTech companies in complex regulatory matters.

Chambers Global and Chambers Europe recognize him as leading practitioner.

Thomas Müller was educated at University of Bern Law School (lic. iur., 2000; Dr. iur., 2008) and holds an LL.M. degree from the New York University School of Law (2005). In 2007, he was a visiting scholar at Fordham University School of Law, New York. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, Thomas Müller was an associate with major law firms in Zurich and in New York. In 2009, he was seconded to the Swiss Bankers’ Association in Basel where he was responsible for the revision of the Swiss deposit protection scheme. Thomas Müller was lecturer at University of Geneva Law School.

Svetlana Colta

Svetlana is an entrepreneur and manages her very successful, multi family trust office business, Carré Trust

Svetlana has over 20 years of experience in the fiduciary and financial services sector, including a decade working for a large international trust group. Born in the Soviet Union, Svetlana has subsequently lived in Western countries for more than 20 years, which provides her with excellent knowledge of both cultural mentalities.

Svetlana’s substantial professional experience in the fiduciary and corporate services industry, as well as her established and trusted relationships with banks and service providers, enables her to offer expert guidance and assistance to clients.
